Our charming home is on a quiet street just 1 mile North of downtown Main Street.  We are a full service home meaning your booking includes a Fully Stocked Kitchen with coffee, creamer and sugar (ground and bean form), BBQ Smoker with Charcoal and Lighter Fluid, and combo Shampoo and Body wash.  The City of Fredericksburg limits us to 12 total guests in our relaxing 2411 sq. ft. of space.  We have 3 Full Bedrooms all with their own private full bathrooms.  The Cork & Screw Haus is your destination for fun and relaxation! Outfitted with "wine" themed decor, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, BBQ grill, game room with Foosball, Darts, and more. All Bedrooms have their own EnSuite Full Private Bathroom with ample lighting, huge mirrors, comfortable beds, lamps with USB ports, TVs...you name it this house has it! Come visit with friends and family in our quiet neighborhood!

We are a small family business legally licensed as a Short-Term Rental (Airbnb or VRBO) by the City of Fredericksburg, TX. We’re in a well-established family neighborhood with numerous children. Our home is an updated Wine themed home with a Texas Hill Country flare. Every booking gets a free bottle of wine from a local Fredericksburg, TX winery.
